How can I order from you?
You can order online from this website via the gallery shop.
We use PAYPAL for all online transactions.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, customers come from far and wide, including USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and many countries in Europe.
We use Royal Mail for our deliveries who are able to deliver pretty much anywhere in the world.
All large artworks or bulk orders are shipped with FedEx.
Note: Please ensure you provide Sku Style with a telephone number for yourself if you do purchase a large artwork or make a large order. You can add it on Paypal checkout as a note or email it to us stating your name and order.
Your contact number is for use with shipping company FedEx, items can not be shipped without a telephone number.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once obtained.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We try to dispatch within 3 working days of order receipt. Add delivery time to this. (see below).

Despite our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. It may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office as it's possible they have already tried to deliver your package, but were unable to.
Visit the Royal Mail web site to find your local office in the UK.
Note: All orders are sent recorded delivery and require a signature, so someone needs to be at home or the order will have to be collected from your local sorting office.
How do I keep track of my order?
If you mail us using our contact page we will advise if the order has been posted.

Yes. We use the universally tried and tested PAYPAL service.
I do not have a Paypal account, how can I pay for my purchase?
You do not require a Paypal account to make a purchase, you can use a credit or debit card to make payment via Paypal as a guest.

How can I return an order?
RETURNS POLICY:
We sincerely hope that very few of you will ever want to read this section and even less will want to follow the instructions. However, here is the low down on returning a Sku Style product. If you are still unsure what to do please mail us at returns@skustyle.co.uk
You can always return products if they are defective.
Please email returns@skustyle.co.uk giving the reason for the return, the date ordered and the order number from your confirmation email. We will then contact you and give you details for the return.
